JUST SEARCH ME PRIVATE LIMITED
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law, and provide accurate and current information. Just Search Me may refuse, suspend, or cancel registration where eligibility or verification requirements are not satisfied.
2. User Registration and Account
You may be required to provide your full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, state, city, address, profile information, referral information, and other details reasonably required for registration and service delivery. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials, OTPs, and passwords.
3. KYC and Verification
Certain services, benefits, payouts, or account features may require identity/KYC verification. Depending on the service, Just Search Me may request PAN, permitted identity/address information, selfie or photograph, bank details, mobile/email verification, and other legally permitted information. Submission does not guarantee approval, and additional verification may be requested.
4. Platform Purpose
Just Search Me is a digital platform that may connect users with businesses, vendors, professionals, service providers, listings, offers, referral opportunities, and other services. Availability of information or a connection through the platform does not itself guarantee the quality, availability, price, or suitability of a third-party service.
5. User Information and Privacy
Information supplied by you may be processed for account creation, verification, service delivery, support, security, fraud prevention, analytics, payment or referral administration, legal compliance, and other purposes described in the applicable Privacy Policy. Where specific consent is legally required, Just Search Me will use an appropriate consent mechanism.
6. Third-Party Sharing
Where necessary and legally permitted, relevant information may be shared with service providers, technology providers, payment processors, verification providers, communication providers, business partners, vendors responding to an enquiry, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. Acceptance of these Terms is not unlimited consent to disclose or sell personal information for any purpose.
7. Communications
Just Search Me may send account, transactional, support, security, and service communications. Promotional communications may be sent through permitted channels such as SMS, email, phone, WhatsApp, or push notification subject to applicable consent requirements and communication preferences. Available promotional opt-out rights may be exercised by the user.
8. Referral Program
Where a Just Search Me referral program offers a ₹2,000 referral benefit, eligibility arises only after the referred person completes the qualifying registration or other conditions stated for that program. Sharing a link, invitation, or contact detail alone does not create an entitlement. Duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fake identities, manipulated registrations, and other fraudulent referrals may be rejected.
9. ₹1,20,000 Annual Earning/Target Program
Where a program refers to ₹1,20,000 within one year, the amount will be governed by the rules of that specific program. Unless expressly guaranteed under a separate written agreement, the amount is an earning opportunity or target and is not an unconditional payment for signing up. Eligibility may depend on valid referrals, transactions, qualifying activities, verification, and compliance with program rules.
10. Payments and Tax
Any referral benefit, incentive, commission, or payout may be subject to successful verification, valid bank/PAN information, completion of program conditions, and applicable tax or statutory deductions. Users are responsible for the accuracy of payment and tax details they provide.
11. No Employment or Guaranteed Income
Creating a user account does not by itself create employment, partnership, agency, franchise, joint venture, or a guaranteed right to business, leads, customers, sales, commissions, or income. Any separate commercial or employment relationship will be governed by its own agreement.
12. User Conduct
You must not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, unlawful spam, harassment, unauthorized data collection, malicious software, security interference, intellectual-property infringement, referral manipulation, payment manipulation, or any unlawful activity. You must not submit forged or misleading documents or create accounts using another person’s identity without authorization.
13. Suspension and Termination
Just Search Me may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for material breach, fraud, false verification information, serious misuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or legal/regulatory requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue may be provided.
14. Third-Party Businesses and Services
Businesses and service providers appearing on the platform may operate independently. Users should independently evaluate a provider before entering into a transaction. Just Search Me does not automatically become a party to a transaction merely because the parties connected through the platform.
15. Refunds and Paid Services
If a user purchases a paid plan or service, cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the policy applicable to that purchase and mandatory consumer law. A payment is not automatically refundable merely because expected leads, sales, business results, or earnings were not achieved.
16. Intellectual Property
The Just Search Me name, software, platform design, logos, trademarks, graphics, databases, and proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Just Search Me Private Limited except where identified as third-party material. Unauthorized commercial copying, distribution, modification, or exploitation is prohibited.
17. Platform Availability and Liability
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network failures, security incidents, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Search Me is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, features, security, business operations, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated or displayed where required, and the latest version will state its effective or last-updated date.
19. Governing Law and Grievances
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes and grievances will be handled under applicable Indian law without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Official customer-support and grievance contact details should be maintained on the Just Search Me website.
20. User Declaration
By registering, you confirm that your information is true, you understand that registration does not guarantee employment or income, you understand the conditions applicable to referral and earning programs, and you agree to comply with these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.
