However, Just Search Me may change its policies, rules and operating procedures from time to time at its sole discretion.

Payment and Charges

The charges for services availed by clients are expected and payable in full in advance before the provision of the service. Clients may choose to make payments to our company through any lawful payment mode.

Service activation, access, delivery or processing may depend on successful payment confirmation and verification.

Liability Restriction

Just Search Me will not be accountable to any client or entity claiming under or through the client for any loss, benefit, indirect damage, accidental damage or consequential harm, irrespective of action for tort or agreement regarding this agreement.

This limitation applies even if Just Search Me has been advised of the risk or possibility of such damages.

Miscellaneous

This Terms and Conditions agreement includes the understanding and agreement of the parties regarding the subject matter described here.

These terms may be altered from time to time at the sole discretion of Just Search Me. An email or notification sent to the client’s last known email address will be deemed adequate notice of any changes in these terms and conditions.
