� Age: 22 to 30 years.
� Minimum education: Graduation in any field.
� Experience: 1 to 3 years in HR field.
� Candidate should have social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube channel and Gmail.
� Good spoken and written language skills: English, Hindi and local language.

Target = Salary amount � 4 / 1000.
Example: For ?10,000 salary, target is 40 candidates.
Minimum 60% target achievement is compulsory.
Below 60%, salary calculation will be ?400 per candidate. Candidate should continue for 30 days, then salary will be calculated.

� Incentive ?6000 per candidate.
� ?1000 per month for 6 months after candidate completes 30 days with company.
� Monthly bonus opportunity equal to salary.
� 50% target achievement: 5% of monthly salary as allowance in JSM employee wallet.
� 75% target achievement: 7.5% of monthly salary as allowance in JSM employee wallet.
� 100% target achievement: 10% of monthly salary as allowance in JSM employee wallet.
� Probation period: 6 months to 24 months from date of joining.
� Performance will be reviewed and evaluated at regular intervals during probation.
� 18 paid annual leaves per year.
� Paid time off is additional to sick days, bank holidays and company non-operating days.
� 5 emergency/sick leaves per year apart from national holidays.
� Annual leaves can be taken after completion of 6 months employment in Just Search Me Pvt. Ltd.

� Participate in monthly social activities given by the company.
� Consecutive 3 days of dis-coordination can lead to termination without prior notice.
� Misbehaviour or non-professionalism can lead to immediate termination without prior notice.
� Work schedule is not fixed and can change as per requirements.
