A Partner must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of contracting under applicable Indian law, and authorized to enter into the applicable business relationship. The Partner must provide accurate identity, business, tax, banking, and contact information requested for onboarding.
The Partner may be required to complete registration, business-profile information, KYC, PAN, bank verification, agreement acceptance, and any role-specific onboarding required by Just Search Me. Approval of registration is at the Company’s discretion subject to applicable law and does not itself guarantee commercial activity.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, the Partner acts as an independent business participant and not as an employee, legal representative, agent with authority to bind the Company, franchisee, or joint-venture partner of Just Search Me. The Partner must not make commitments or representations on behalf of the Company without written authorization.
Depending on the applicable Partner program, authorized activities may include introducing customers or businesses, referrals, lead generation, business development, promotion of approved plans/services, follow-up, or other activities specifically authorized by Just Search Me. The Partner must follow current Company policies, approved pricing, and program rules.
Just Search Me may require PAN, permitted identity/address verification, business documents, bank information, photograph/selfie, GST information where applicable, or other legally required records. The Partner must keep such information current and promptly disclose material changes relevant to the relationship.
Commission, referral benefits, incentives, or other earnings are payable only according to the applicable Partner plan or written commission schedule. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, no minimum or guaranteed income is promised. Eligibility may depend on successful customer payment, verification, completion of qualifying conditions, absence of cancellation/refund, and compliance with program rules.
A transaction may be treated as qualifying only after the Company confirms successful receipt and applicable verification. Where a customer payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, found fraudulent, or otherwise becomes non-qualifying, the related commission may be adjusted or reversed to the extent permitted by the applicable program terms and law.
Partner payouts may be subject to PAN/KYC verification, valid bank details, invoices where applicable, TDS, GST requirements, and other statutory deductions or reporting. Each Partner is responsible for their own tax compliance except for deductions or reporting that the Company is legally required to perform.
The Partner must communicate only current, authorized prices, plans, benefits, offers, and conditions. The Partner must not promise guaranteed income, guaranteed returns, guaranteed leads, unauthorized discounts, false benefits, or services not approved by Just Search Me.
The Partner may use Just Search Me branding, logos, marketing materials, and content only as authorized. The Partner must not create misleading advertisements, register confusingly similar domains or social accounts, alter official materials in a deceptive manner, or represent themselves as the owner of Just Search Me intellectual property.
Customer, vendor, lead, and business information received through the Partner relationship must be used only for authorized business purposes. The Partner must maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements. Unauthorized sale, disclosure, scraping, copying, or reuse of such data is prohibited.
The Partner must communicate professionally and lawfully with prospects and customers. Calls, messages, email, WhatsApp, or other outreach must comply with applicable consent, telecom, anti-spam, and privacy requirements. Harassment, repeated unwanted contact, deceptive claims, or misuse of contact information is prohibited.
The Partner must not create fake customers, manipulate referrals or payments, submit forged documents, collect unauthorized charges, divert Company payments, misrepresent plan benefits, misuse customer data, impersonate Company officers, interfere with systems, or engage in fraud or unlawful conduct.
A Partner may collect or receive money on behalf of Just Search Me only where the Company has expressly authorized that method. Where official payment links, gateways, bank accounts, or other approved channels are provided, the Partner must direct customers to those channels and must not substitute personal payment details without written authorization.
Non-public information concerning customers, pricing, commissions, business processes, technology, leads, strategies, internal documents, and Company operations must be kept confidential and used only for the authorized relationship, except where disclosure is legally required.
All Just Search Me trademarks, logos, software, databases, designs, content, and proprietary materials remain the property of Just Search Me or its licensors. Limited permission to use approved materials ends when the Partner relationship ends or when permission is withdrawn.
Just Search Me may suspend or terminate the Partner relationship for material breach, fraud, payment manipulation, unauthorized collection, customer-data misuse, false representations, brand misuse, serious complaints, security threats, or legal/regulatory requirements. Accrued valid payouts will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law.
After termination, the Partner must stop representing an association with Just Search Me, discontinue unauthorized use of Company branding, return or securely delete confidential information where required, and comply with outstanding payment, confidentiality, privacy, and legal obligations that survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss except where liability cannot legally be excluded. The Partner may be responsible for losses or claims arising from the Partner’s fraud, unlawful conduct, unauthorized representations, infringement, or material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Just Search Me may revise Partner plans, commission structures, operational rules, services, or eligibility requirements prospectively. Material changes will be communicated as required. Commission already validly earned before an effective change will be handled under the applicable terms governing that earning.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and any valid dispute-resolution provisions contained in the applicable Partner agreement, without limiting mandatory statutory rights.
By registering or continuing as a Partner, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, that all information and documents supplied by you are genuine and accurate, that you understand commissions are conditional rather than guaranteed, and that you will comply with Company policies and applicable law.
